Jelani aims to ship all Australian orders within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days once your order has been shipped.

International
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, once order has been shipped.

Express shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, once your order has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Please be aware that local customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, or fees on international orders. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be delivered. If you choose not to pay these fees, you may refuse the parcel with the courier. Once the shipment is returned to us in its original condition, we will process a refund for your order.

As a small, independently run brand, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy periods. Every order is packed with care, and we truly appreciate your patience while it makes its way to you.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of shipment, please reach out with your full name and order number and we'll happily look into it for you.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Misdirected Packages

Jelani is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing orders in these cases. Once a package is in the hands of our shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.
