If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  This includes SALE items & and any discounted item using a code from 10% or more.
  
• Bundles Items are classified as discounted items therefore sale is final, we can however exchange sizes for you for pieces from a bundle.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• For sanitary reasons bikini bottoms can not be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Returned items must have no stains, marks or any visible form of damage
• Sale items cannot be returned
• Candles cannot be exchanged or returned
• We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items during the return process. To avoid loss of items please ensure you have a tracking number.
• Any returns with no clear order numbers, name or contact info attached may not be able to be correctly identified therefore cannot be refunded.
