Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Jelani offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

You may choose to receive store credit or a refund to the original payment method, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Jelani.


How to initiate a return or exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@jelani.com.au with your full name and order number.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to assist with next steps.


Return & exchange conditions

Please carefully review the following before submitting a return:

  • Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
    This includes:

    • Items marked SALE

    • Items purchased using a discount code of 10% or more

    • Bundles, which are considered discounted
      (Size exchanges may be possible for bundle items, subject to availability.)

  • Returned items must:

    • Have original tags attached

    • Be returned in original packaging

    • Be unworn, unused, and free from stains, marks, or damage

  • For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Jelani cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
    We strongly recommend using a tracked return service.

  • Returns without clear identification (order number, name, or contact details) may not be able to be processed.
