Jelani aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 2 days of purchase to have your order safely delivered to you within 3-5 business days of your order shipped. 

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of shipment please send us an email with your full name and order number and we will have a look into it for you immediately. 

* If an item is on pre- order, this will be stated in the product description and sent to you on the given date.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided at check out.
