Delivery Time

Jelani aims to ship all Australian orders within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days once your order has been shipped.

As a small, independently run brand, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy periods. Every order is packed with care, and we truly appreciate your patience while it makes its way to you.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of shipment, please reach out with your full name and order number and we’ll happily look into it for you.
