Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Jelani The Label and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens on 2nd March 2024 and closes on 9th March 2024. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:

   • Follow Jelani The Label on Instagram.
   • Like the giveaway post.
   • Comment on the post, tagging a friend. Each tag constitutes an additional entry.
   • Alternatively, participants can gain extra entries by making a purchase OVER $50 on the Jelani The Label website using the discount code "FREDAGAIN". Each purchase made with this code will earn the participant 10 extra entries. PURCHASE MUST BE OVER $50

4. Prize Details: The prize consists of two (2) premium seated tickets to the Fred Again concert at Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, 12th Sydney. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all entries received. The draw will take place on 9th March, and the winner will be announced via Jelani The Label's Instagram story. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Shipping: The prize will transferred to the winners tickettek account, free of charge. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. Exchanges: All discounted purchases made with the code "FREDAGAIN" are final sales and cannot be refunded or returned. However, items can be exchanged for different sizes, subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, store credit will be offered instead.

8. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

9. Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

10. Disqualification: Jelani The Label reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible.

11. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, Australia.
