You should recieve an email with order confirmation after purchase. Another email will be sent to notify you that your order has been shipped.

Please take caution and double check you have provided the correct address as once we pack and ship your orders we can not change the address.

Yes we ship all over the world and we get overwhelemed with excitment when we see your international orders!

Jelani aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 2 days of purchase to have your order safely delivered to you within 3-5 business days of your order shipped. 

International Orders may take up to 1 -2 weeks depending on third-party postal factors.

We do try to send as many Carbon Neutral orders as possible to decrease our net release of CO2e into the atmosphere.
