Sizing advice.

Ladies - You will find your normal size is an oversized fit. If you like a more snug fit, size down. For roomy fit, stick with your normal size and move up gradually for a bit more room. 

Men - You will find your normal size is a good fit. Go up for a more oversized fit and down for more snug.
